In a 4 year apprenticeship with trainer Bryan Guy I won over 400 races from 2500 rides including 3 consecutive Queensland Apprentices’ premierships.
Winner of 15 Australian Group One Races.
My Greatest Achievements So Far:
- Winning the 2007 Emirates Melbourne Cup on Efficient
- Winning the 2008 Cox Plate on Maldivian
- Winning the 2006 Victoria Derby on Efficient
- Winning the 2009 VRC Oaks on Faint Perfume
- Winning the ‘Ron Hutchinson’ Award for most successful jockey at the 2007 and 2008 Melbourne Spring Carnival
